Guitar Lessons for Pontypridd & RCT
My professional adult and children's guitar lessons are ideally placed for Pontypridd & many parts of RCT. Taff’s Well is one of the most easily accessed places in RCT and only 11 mins (5 miles) from the centre of Pontypridd.
The A470 runs from Pontypridd through the village of Taff’s Well and you access the village via the turnoffs for Nantgarw or Radyr. There's also plenty of parking outside my home in and around my home.

What you can Expect
Although I teach the academic guitar grades I-VIII of the Trinity College and Rockschool syllabuses, most students opt for a more informal way of learning. This way, they can learn the essential elements such as rhythm, timing, technique, ear training, chords and basic theory while studying songs of their own choosing. Lessons are offered face-to-face or online and personalised guitar lesson vouchers are also available as gifts.

Realising your Potential
You don’t need to have high ambitions to be able to play the guitar at a competent level. By practising for just 10-15 every day, you will see results in weeks, not years. If you have the discipline to practice with clear aims and objectives - you will succeed! I cover most modern genres of guitar-based music which includes Rock, Blues, Folk, Pop, R&B, Country, Funk, Fusion, Metal, Soul, Punk etc.
Getting Here
There are regular buses from Pontypridd to Taff’s Well and there’s plenty of space to park outside my home. The area is extremely accessible, especially if you know where the Nantgarw roundabout is, just below the A470 turnoff for Caerphilly. Many of my guitar students are from the the Pontypridd or RCT area which includes Treforest, Rhydyfelin, Llantwit Fardre, Beddau, Abercynon, Efail Isaf, Llantrisant & Ynysbwl to name but a few.

Can I Travel to your home to Teach?
Yes, I can travel to deliver guitar lessons in the Pontypridd & RCT area, but the cost will depend on travelling times, petrol and my diary commitments. It would be far preferential to visit me as I have all the equipment and printing facilities for all my self-designed lesson sheets.
